Westwood T1800 Briggs and Stratton Intek V twin  engine 18hp 48 deck Rear sweeper New belts and service end of 2015 for 2016 season but then never used as its a spare machine. Has been sat in the lock up since. Started first time today. Throttle cable is stuck up, that s what you should cut on so no major issue, easily fixed.  Sweeper in ok condition but wants a new handle.  Can deliver at cost Cash sale
