Westwood S600 Ride Sit On Mower Garden Tractor For Spares Or Repair

On offer is a Westwood S600 garden tractor with a 30” wide single bladed side discharge cutting deck. It is in full working condition but because of its age and condition, as described below, it is sold as being suitable for spares or repair. Originally it was built with a small Tecumseh engine and was in regular use until about three months ago when this engine expired. It has now been fitted with a 12 HP Briggs and Stratton engine which has returned it to useable condition. This engine starts easily and runs well and the machine drives in all five forward and one reverse gear. The battery is not the strongest and will probably need to be replaced in colder weather to provide reliable starting. The bodywork and cutting deck are totally original with no repairs or repainting. As can be seen from the photographs there are some areas of missing paint and surface rust. The deck has some small perforations in the skirt and other battle scars but the blade runs quietly and it cuts well. The side walls of the tyres are perished but they all hold pressure and the seat is very good. Due to its size and weight it is offered on a collection in person only basis. Delivery is possible but please check with me before bidding.
