Ride On Mower (tractor) Honda Hf2113

This mower has had engine fully serviced - new air filter, carb cleaned, new fuel filter, new spark plug, new oil etc. It also has had a brand new blade drive belt (fitted within the last three months).PLEASE NOTE: engine works perfectly fine and it drives well but will not cut, so some work needs doing to cutting deck etc (possibly new/replacement cutting deck (available through ebay) or welding?).
