Workshop end of season clear out CLUB GARDEN (castle garden) generic J92 ride on lawnmower I have owned this mower for several years and have used it today to give about 1/4 of an acre of lawn a quick cut and used it to pick up the leaves (which it is very good at! See photo).... it has only ever had quite light use and has never let us down. 92cms cut with large collecting box. Doddle to drive, operate and empty. 11.5 hp Briggs Stratton engine, starts and runs very well. Mower all works and operates as it should, all safety cut-outs etc etc work perfectly. Full service, sharpen and new belts Autumn 2015 PLEASE READ - whilst the mower is useable straight away, it is showing signs of age. It is a bit faded and a bit tired looking. After initial starting one tensioner is quite noisy (this eases after a few minutes and does not affect the operation- it s just noisy) The battery is not very old (circa 5 years), but I have just had to charge it up to start the mower. The deck paint is peeling, but there does not seem to be any major corrosion. The plastic body, bonnet, tyres etc etc all seem to be OK. The engine looks pretty good and there are no obvious leaks or problems.
