Qualcast Suffolk Turbo 40s Petrol Mower

Good mower starts ok, plastic body so no rust, cut the grass this morning, not been used in a while, new spark plug, could do with fresh oil petrol sort of makes a pulse sound and maybe a quick service, self propel is a bit weak but not a heavy mower, viewing test welcome
