National Ride On Gang Mower Honda Engine Final Reduction

Used National Ride on Gang Mower with working Honda engine. The engine runs fine but to be honest I don t know how to drive it lol. I have noticed that there is a loose leaver that may need welding not to sure how to put it in gear. It has forward neutral and reverse selling as sold as seen and described as best as I can.
