Mtd 38 Inch Cut Ride On Lawnmower

Mtd 38 inch cut ride on lawnmower. Ideal for paddocks etc. I originally purchased it for a small holding that I used to look after but I only used it twice as the owner of the land passed away and was sold for housing.  It has just been serviced with new oil, spark plug and air filter and it starts 2nd or 3rd pull every time and runs well. It had a new engine fitted back in 2004 a Briggs and Stratton 13hp pull start only. I pumped up the tyres 2 months ago and All of them are holding air but are cracked in places from age.  The seat is tatty but never bothered me. It s an old mower so does have surface rust etc here and there. There is no off switch as such so you just have to stall it to turn the engine off. Its got twin blades and cuts well.  The deck has no holes or repairs that I can see only surface rust. The speed control doesn t seem to work (which makes it go faster or slower) so it just drives in one forward gear which is fine and it does have reverse and neutral which work well. Overall it s a well used ride on but it s definitely got years left in it yet and it s perfect for rough areas etc.  Only being honest about it but it s a perfectly usable mower for somebody. You will need a trailer or transit sized van with Ramps to collect. Cash on Collection only please from Watford, Herts.
