Powered by an MTD Thorx 45 engine, this high performance 4.5hp four stroke unit uses an overhead valve cylinder layout which works to ensure sound levels, fuel costs and harmful exhaust emissions are all kept to their lowest possible levels. The dual-element air-filter and a cast-iron crankshaft combine to maximise engine life span. The tiller employs a worm-drive transmission, a premium feature which works to optimise torque transfer for superior tilling performance regardless of the soil conditions. The four Slasher tine rotors give a fairly compact 40cm tilling-width which is perfect for inter-row work and ideal if you’re maintaining narrow borders or areas with awkward corners. The foldable handlebar makes the tiller easy to store, whilst the front positioned transport wheel means you’ll have no trouble moving it to and from the plot.
