The cutting deck is fitted with anti-scalp wheels which enable it to float over the ground preventing the cutter blades from scalping the grass. The Mountfield 1530 M provides an excellent introduction to the world of ride on grass cutting. With it s overall width of 90cm it has been designed for smaller gardens and lawns which need a ride on mower to fit through narrower gates. The manual transmission has 5 forward gears, reverse and with a turning circle of just 140cm (55 ) can equal the maneuverability of the smaller compact riders. The Mountfield 1530M lawn tractors cut wider than their wheel width which means there is little trimming left to do after the lawns have been mown. The 1530M rear collect offers 7 different cutting heights from 25mm - 80mm ensuring the perfect height of cut for your lawn.
