Mcculloch M40 -450c Push Lawnmower

Mcculloch push lawnmower. A few year old but hardly used. Been stored in a garage the last couple of years. A few scratches but no rust. Starts most of the time but im sure someone who knows what they are doing could sort this. runs well when it starts
