Mcculloch Hornet Petrol Ride On Mower 26″ Cutting Deck

This mower is in need of some TLC. Although very clean and having not done many hours work, it is currently a none runner and is sold as seen. Despite having had a new starter motor at a local agents workshop, it has never turned on the key and used to start on the pull cord until recently. The engine, a Briggs Stratton, has good compression and spins freely with the plug removed so is not seized. When in regular use, it burned no oil although does leak a bit from the rocker cover.
