Mcculloch 3540p Push Mower

This mower is basically working but needs some attention.It will start OK run,but the engine speed varies a bit at full revs the exhaust smokes.It appears to be using oil more than it should,so this could indicate a well used engine.There are several marks scratches on the deck,but it appears to be sound.The wheels have 3 height positions adjusted by unscrewing each wheel fitting them into another threaded hole,however the fixing nuts bolts have rusted, are stuck in the lowest position.Please regard this mower sold as seen,needing some work done,or for spare parts.
