Honda Hr173 Lawnmower

Petrol lawnmower. Used last summer and put away. Tried to start then plenty of compression just couldn t get it going. Carb probably needs a clean and was serviced of quite recent. Collection be better but postage possible. Thanks. Bought at own risk. Could not identify exact problem myself so cannot offer returns. Thank you.
