Hayter Ride On Mowers. Hayter Cutting Decks. Ransome Verge Cutter.

I have listed these items with a high buy it now price that I do not expect to achieve just because I have to put something in the box,so any sensible offers will be considered, silly low offers will not be responded to ! Hayter Heritage RS 102 H. Briggs and Stratton Intek 17.5hp OHV engine.This mower had its cutting deck and grass box removed from new and was used to pull a small trailer to carry plant pots,it has never cut grass in its life hence its superb condition. It was put into storage for many years until now. I put jump leads on it and it started first time ! I have ran it for apx an hour and it runs well,periodically it has itself a cough and splutter and a bit of white smoke but then clears itself and runs perfect again,I put this down to standing idle for years and probably a tweak and service would do it good.One of the cutting decks would have to be put back on and one of the grass boxes and you would have practically a brand new mower.There is also 2 used spare front wheels and the tyres have decent tread. Briggs and Stratton Diamond l/C 13hp engine.I have used this mower for quite a number of seasons,the engine starts and runs well as does the gears and brakes etc.The handle used to lower the deck and start the blades to cut,broke,so I jammed a piece of wood in place and that done the trick and I continued to use it all season without issue...until the cutting belt snapped ! So to cut grass again all it needs is a belt if your happy with a piece of wood or to be perfect treat it to a handle as well ! Maybe one of the new decks could be adapted to fit ? I have had this machine for many years and hardly ever used it although when I did everything worked as it should,it is quite old but maybe a coat of paint and a bit of tlc would do it the world of good.Please study the pictures as what you see is what you get(except the spaniel).I would prefer everything to go as a job lot but may sell separately if this does not happen. I may be able to help with transport but at a cost.Everything in the listing is sold as seen and no returns.Also I would prefer to sell to someone who has viewed the items then they know exactly what they are buying.
