Hayter Hunter 41 Petrol Push Lawnmower Non Runner

Here we have a Hayter Hunter 41 petrol hand push Lawnmower, did work a couple of years back but tried recently to start with no luck. Can t be much wrong with it and someone with a bit of know how should be able to get it going. Engine turns but won t fire so probably either a fuel or spark problem. Comes with grass collection bag.
