Castle Garden Xe70 Mower Really Good Condition Same As Mountfield 725m.ride On

The Castle Garden XE70 is a modern, high specification ride on mower for the same price you could easily pay for a walk behind machine. It represents superb value for money on the second hand market Powered by a proven Briggs and Stratton Intec Pro 65 OHV engine, this model can cope with lawns of approx 0.5 of an acre. It boasts 60cm (24 ) cutting width with 5 different cut heights and 3 forward gears and one reverse, manual blade engagement and a huge 140 litres clipping box Overall machine width 68cm Overall machine length 170cm with clipping box attached or 120cm with box removed (normal storage condition) The electric starter has not worked for a while but it is a reliable starter from the pull cord. tried a second hand starter motor and a new battery but no good so left it, but always starts first or second pull of pull cord. The casing is scuffed from use and damaged in 1 place see pics (superficiallycracked) but nothing that effects the performance and effectiveness of the machine.Overall width 68cm Overall length 170cm with clipping box attached or 120cm with box removed (normal storage condition)Being a Castle Garden with a Briggs and Stratton engine there has never been a problem getting replacement spares and it has been subjected to an annual service by me during the time my dad owned it, I am the technical service manager for scag mowers so servicing is no problem, Had a new blade and carrier in last 12 months as dad hit a big stone and bent it so replaced the lot, only cut small lawn for last few years, the deck is nice and solid no rot like some of them. Reason for sale is we no longer have a large lawn to mow now moved to house from big bungalow. Can eliver in a radius of 20 miles for £10 but strictly cash on collection or delivery only. I have watched 3 of these sell in recent weeks and all fetched over £300 so please dont make silly offers.
