Castel Garden – Castelgarden Ride On Mower – Sit On Lawnmower – Garden Tractor

Castelgarden Hydrostatic front cut ride on mower with a three blade deck with a cutting width of approximately 105 cm which is just over 40 The mower requires a little tlc just to finish it off. When I got this the engine that was on it was on it s last legs, rattling and chucking out lots of oil so I replaced it with a good 12.5 HP Briggs and Stratton engine that I had. The replacement engine is a good starter and runner and never smoked but once I put it on here it smokes a bit on tick over. The exhaust on here was full of oil so I can only assume that is the cause of it but will burn off in time. The drive belt is a bit slack so it doesn t drive as well as it should as it is slipping so this needs replacing. The deck needs re-fitting but it is solid without any holes although it has some paint flaking. It may also need a new battery. Viewing is welcome and recommended.
