Briggs & Stratton 450 Series 148cc Lawnmower

Briggs Stratton 450 Series Lawnmower, 148cc. It currently is in need of a full service. The last time I used it, it appeared to have too much choke, as it was running fast and was cutting out. Otherwise, the parts are all working fine and it comes complete with a user manual.
