Bolens Ltx 16 Hydro Ride On Lawnmower 38″ Mulcher Briggs & Stratton 16hp V-twin

Here we have a very tidy Bolens LTX 16 Hydro. It is in very good used condition with low hours (220 hours) for a ride on mower of 1997 vintage but does have the odd mark here and there. It has been very well looked after and has recently been given a full service, the engine has had a new air filter, spark plugs, oil and oil filter. The cutting deck was removed last winter, the blades sharpened and the deck was thoroughly cleaned and sanded down and given a good coating of Hammerite paint, to prolong the life of the cutting deck. A brand new battery was fitted at the start of the cutting season last year and is still in good order (held charge all winter). This machine is a pleasure to use. It starts first turn of the key every time and runs very well (the 16hp Briggs Stratton V-twin engine sounds great as well!). The hydrostatic drive is good and strong. It cuts grass very well and really does leave a nice finish (it leaves the striped lawn look) and the mulch deck leaves no cuttings at all, providing the grass you re cutting isn t too long. I believe this is rarer/upmarket Bolens model of ride on mower as it has electronic deck height adjustment, so you can adjust the deck height at the push of a button. It has cruise control which works, saving you from holding your foot down on the go pedal for prolonged periods. Perhaps the most useful add on is the storage pocket on the right hand side of the seat, useful for storing that ice cold beverage whilst your mowing the lawn! Viewing is welcome by appointment.
