Al-ko 46b Comfort Rotary Engined Push Mower, Briggs & Stratton.

The mower has been used no more than ten times and stored unused for 2years. It is in excellent nearly new condition and in the original box including all the accompanying accessories. The photographs of the mower in the box is the actual item for sale the one photographed next to and fully assembled is exactly the same, but my own which I use weekly. The mower for sale has what seems to be an engine carburetor problem and will start, but the engine will then not continue to run. The reason I ended up with two is the original one I bought, the one for sale, I bought from an Internet company late 2011 it worked and ran perfectly for the remainder of the grass cutting season, but on the last mow it would start ok, but the engine would not continue to run. I stored it over the winter. Where upon the spring the following year it still had the same problem. The engine would start, but would not continue running. To cut a long story short the internet company sent me a brand new mower stating they would collect the non-running one. They never did and that was 2years ago. It has been collecting dust in the garage since. As stated it is in nearly new condition and will start, but it appears once the petrol that has been primed into the carburettor, as part of the starting procedure has been used and burnt up the engine will subsequently cut out and won’t continue to run. I think this is an easy fix for someone with the knowledge, or a cheap fix at a dealer. It is a bargain for someone. The mower will be sold as seen with the intermittent engine running problems and as per item description. It is collection only due to weight. I am in Derby.
