1994 Mtd Lawnflite 940 Ride On Tractor Mower

Here is a Mtd Lawnflite 940 Ride On mower with 14hp Briggs and Stratton v twin engine and 40 cutting width deck. The machine has been sat for a year and subsequently will want some work. I ve changed the petrol, charged the battery, taken the carb apart and cleaned it thoroughly and fitted a new fuel filter. It fired up nicely and ran smoothly The cutting deck engages when you start the engine so will want adjusting slightly. The lights work It goes into gear but could maybe do with a new belt. The paint is missing in places. The cutter deck is still solid - these are usually the first things to rust away. A good wire brush and repairing would be worthwhile to prolong its life.
