Mtd Yardman Dx70 (slight Repair Required)

Up for auction is my MTD yardman DX70 that was in full working order until today when it spat it s drive belt off and lost drive. I have no time to fix this and if I m honest my garden is now a lot smaller so a petrol lawn mower will do me fine. The engine still starts first time from the key and has had a recent new battery. Looking over the machine I guess it requires a new drive belt and possibly a cutting belt. A plastic pulley that engages drive (suspect original cause of belt failure as pulley is broken) also the pulley that engages the cutting blade has a small chip in it. Belts are £30 each or £57 for a set (on eBay) a quick look online has pulleys for £40 so anyone with time and DIY skills can fix this easy enough. One tyre only holds air for 2 weeks the needs inflating again, tyres are £30 but I preferred to inflate every few weeks instead. Again this ride on is for spares or repairs and sold as such. Please understand that. Collection only please unless you know a strong postman. Joking aside this item is quite heavy but small enough to fit in the back of a small van. Posted with eBay Mobile
