Westwood T1200

Westwood T1200 in need of some work but one of the best ones you will find condition wise. Good bits first Good battery. Engine starts and runs but needs a good service 12hp Briggs and Stratton (electric start) Cutting deck has never been welded and is in great condition NO welding needed (Very rare indeed) Gearbox selects all gears and can be driven around with No noises or bangs. Seat and chassis are in very good condition with NO work needed there either. Collector has had a new bag recently and new sweeper brushes so that another job not needed. Sounds good so far !!!!!!! Bad Bits. (There is always some with trade in mowers) The tyres are a little perished but still hold air and don t go down. The engine runs very rich so could do with a carb kit or a good second hand one fitting. The coupling between the gearbox and the pto has been taken out and lost by the previous owner so a new one will have to be purchased and fitted (they are for sale here on e-bay) not a big job but needs to be done if you are going to collect grass. All in all with a small amount of money and a couple of Sunday mornings you will have yourself a great little tractor and as many of you know theses old Westwood s go on for ever.... Trade sale no warranty come and have a look before you bid if you want to and drive it around our yard and cut the grass while your here....
