The aerator s dimensions are roughly:- Length 37.5” Width 40 Height 18” The spike discs penetrate about 2” into ground. Hopper Capacity is about 45kgs and is ideal for spreading Seed, Fertilizer, Lime etc. I am going to describe the condition as very good. To be honest it’s almost new but has been stood in the garden so is slightly dirty., which I will clean off before you collect. It’s ideal for loosening soil and reducing thatch build up and aerating your lawn. It’s also a great way to keep newly sewn seed and fertilizer from washing away. The aerator perforates the ground, while the drop spreader puts seed, lime or fertilizer directly into the soil where it works fast and can’t wash away. This heavy-duty tool is built with durable steel framing and drawbars. The hopper is made from steel and the aerator’s spikes are galvanized steel roughly 8” tine stars to achieve a penetration depth of about 2 inches to properly reach root system. To add wieght to the unit just add a couple of bags of sand into the hopper.
