Mountfield Petrol Lawnmower – Faulty – Non Runner

Mountfield Petrol Lawnmower (Please note the Lawnmover is located at Headley Down, Near Hindhead, Surrey) Not sure what is wrong with it, might just need some minor adjustment but not sure. Any questions feel free to ask and I ll try and answer them.
