Mountfield 1436 M Ride On Lawn Mower for sale This mower is in great condition. It has been used for two seasons only on my garden, running for about 60 hours, and was fully serviced at the end of each season by an approved local Mountfield dealer. I then got lazy (yes, more lazy than mowing on a ride-one if that is possible!) and started using a gardener, who brought his own equipment, so the mower has been chilling in the garage for the last two years. As you can see from the photos, the engine looks like new, the bodywork is in good condition, with the odd to be expected scratch or two, and the seat had an unfortunate argument with a stubborn spiky branch, though Mr Gaffa has done a great job repairing that. The blades and the rest of the cutting mechanics are all in tip top shape as they have not been used since their last service at the end of the second season. Finally, the battery is brand new, as that was all that was needed to start the mower after its recent two year rest. I d love to keep it just for infrequent joy-riding with my young daughter on a weekend around the neighbourhood, but the wife has now insisted it find a new home, so she has more garage space to fill with other stuff (aka junk) that we need to keep.
