Mcculloch M46/450cd Self Propelled Rotary Petrol Lawnmower 46cm Cut (18″)

I am listing this on behalf of a neighbour who bought it new in 2010.it has had light use only but for some reason he has been unable to start it this year. Hence we are selling as spares or repair. It could be something simple but as neither of us are qualified mechanics we cannot say what is wrong. Might be just a simple fix so could end up being a bargain........
