Mcculloch M 7053 D Push Mower For Spares Or Repairs Used

I have owned this for 5 years and it worked every year, however i have now moved into in apartment and have no need for it. I tried it but it wouldn t tick over, it has always worked so i would just imagine it is flooded or something but i wouldn t want to confirm this for deffo.
