Hayter Ride-on Lawn Mower H1538

I inherited this ride-on mower when I moved into the house. It looks old and doesn t instantly work when I turn the key, but this could be because of something simple like petrol/sparks/battery or could be more serious - I m afraid I don t know much about mowers. Hence, I ve listed it as spare parts. It appears to have the relevant parts - powered grass sweeper, 38inch cutting deck, ignition key, Kohler Command 15 engine. The photos show the Sweeper separated but it does hook on to the tractor ok. Brand is Hayter, though I believe made by Countax.
